Vienna, 30 december 2003. Leaving the airport, reaching the city centre and realizing that's no Tuscany or Sicily, it's a German-speaking place, with cold temperatures, heavy rain and only a handful drunkards enjoying their beers and their bratwurst. And no subway station where to stay safe from the water. That was worth a blues.
